Mini Bok Choy – Recipe 1

Preparation and recipe

Cut off mini bok choy roots tips and blanch in lightly salted water for between 2 and 3 minutes. Strain and immerse immediately in bowl of ice cold water. Drain on absorbent towel. In non-stick pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and gently brown mini bok choy. Salt and pepper to taste.
