Bok Choy – Recipe 2
Preparation and recipe
Rinse and drain mini bok choy. Cut off tougher root
tips, remove leaves and slice in half. In non-stick pan, melt 2
tablespoons of butter. Add mini bok choy and one small, chopped
green onion. Salt to taste. Cook on high heat until mini bok choy
are gently browned. Add about one half cup of water. Reduce until
vegetables are done.
