Kohlrabies – Recipe 1
Preparation and recipe
Remove outer leaves, peel and wash mini kohlrabies.
Cut into rounds or large pieces. Brown in dash of oil, adding one
small, chopped green onion. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add garlic
and splash of water to moisten. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover
and cook for 30 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle with crème
fraîche and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
