Radishes
– Recipe 2
How to prepare and serve
Remove radish roots and stems. Carefully wash in
water to which splash of lemon juice has been added. Drain. Cut
radishes in rounds or sticks – peel only if you wish to reduce
pungency. Salt, place in strainer and set aside for 30 minutes.
Rinse. Mix in crème fraîche and chopped chives. Salt
to taste and serve as salad.
