  Mini French Carrots

Preparation and Recipe

Wash mini French carrots, retaining green tips for added flavour if desired. Cook in lightly salted water for between 8 and 10 minutes. Drain. Transfer to separate pan and gently brown in a little maple syrup and black pepper seasoning.
