  Mini Lettuces

Serving Suggestion

Wash mini lettuces, drain and refrigerate. In a bowl, prepare vinaigrette by mixing together the following ingredients: 70 ml extra virgin olive oil, 10 ml balsamic vinegar, 1 French shallot chopped, ½ clove of garlic chopped, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over mini-lettuces and serve as vegetable side dish or main course salad.
